The Federation for Micromobility and Sport is the governing body for the new sport of electric scooter racing. In addition to its regulatory role the Federation also actively advocates for safer and more sustainable urban mobility policies worldwide.

Established in 2022, the Federation is a not-for-profit organisation, committed to internationally recognised principles of good sporting governance and the encouragement of fair and safe sporting competition.

Drawing on the deep knowledge and experience of an expert team from across elite levels of motorsport, the Federation is led by Alex Wurz, former F1 driver, current President of the Grand Prix Drivers Association and CEO of road safety design and educational specialists Test and Training International.
